03When will my prayer appear on the prayer wall?
Your prayer is eligible to appear after the payment provider confirms that payment was successfully captured.
04Can I keep my name private?
Yes. Enable the anonymous option before payment and your prayer will display as Anonymous.
05Will my email address be shown publicly?
No. Your email is collected for payment and support purposes and is never displayed on the public prayer wall.
06What happens if my payment fails?
Your prayer will not be published. You can return to the form and try the payment again.
07Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and the published Refund Policy. Contact support with your payment reference.
