1. Nature Of Donations
Donations made through SevaYatra are voluntary contributions towards temple sevas, annadanam, spiritual activities, festival celebrations, and devotional causes.
2. Non-Refundable Donations
Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable as the funds are allocated towards ongoing spiritual and seva activities.
3. Duplicate Transactions
If a donor accidentally makes multiple payments for the same donation, SevaYatra may review the request and process a refund for the duplicate transaction after verification.
4. Failed Transactions
In cases where payment is deducted but the donation is not successfully processed, the amount is usually automatically refunded by the payment provider within a few business days.
5. Refund Request Process
Refund-related requests must be submitted through the official SevaYatra contact or support page along with transaction details for verification.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment gateway and banking provider.
7. Donation Cancellation
Once a seva or donation request has been processed, cancellation may not be possible due to ongoing temple, festival, or devotional arrangements.
8. Payment Gateway Issues
SevaYatra is not directly responsible for technical errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
