📦 Order Processing

All Prasad orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During festivals, temple events, and high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time: 5–6 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delivery may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, or remote locations.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor the shipment status.

❌ No Cancellation Policy

Since Prasad is arranged, packed, and dispatched specifically for devotional purposes, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.

🔄 No Return Policy

Due to the sacred and consumable nature of Prasad:

• No returns are accepted.
• No exchanges are available.
• Prasad cannot be resold or returned after dispatch.

All Prasad orders are strictly non-refundable once they have been dispatched for delivery.

• Orders already shipped.
• Courier-related delivery delays.
• Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer.
• Failed delivery attempts.
• Customer refusal after shipment.

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. SewaYatra shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details, phone numbers, or recipient information provided during checkout.

📦 Damaged Package During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the package.

Any resolution will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SewaYatra.

SewaYatra shall not be liable for delays or inability to complete deliveries due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or public emergencies.
